This store is under new management, so keep in mind that many of the older positive reviews were for the previous owners, who actually seemed to care about the animals and their customers. I went in today and politely asked an employee if she was busy because I wanted to tell her something privately. Her response was, “Yes, obviously. Can’t you see?” — even though she wasn’t actively helping anyone at the time. What I was trying to quietly tell her was that one of their guinea pigs was dead in its enclosure. I didn’t want to announce that across the store, especially with other customers and potentially children around. Beyond the incredibly rude interaction, the overall attitude of the employees made it very obvious that they did not want to be there. More concerning than the customer service, though, was the condition and apparent minimal care being given to the animals. When a store is responsible for live animals, their health and welfare should be the absolute priority. Finding a deceased guinea pig still in an enclosure, combined with employees who seemed completely disengaged, was extremely upsetting and disappointing. I sincerely hope the new management takes the care o

Several adult bearded dragons in one very small tank. When buying crickets it is always off by at least 5 dozen and do nothing about it when asked. Has really gone bad since getting new owners. Do not recommend.

We bring our pet in for grooming and get our supplies from here. Very satisfied with what they have to offer

Beautifully colored fish, all in excellent health. Various species of small birds, which I haven't seen in larger places. More affordable land tortoises in unusual colors. The place was very clean, with no smell of waste (photos next time 😅). The staff was very attentive, kind, and friendly.

Really awesome shop! I go here often after working out, and the staff are really friendly. I got my baby tanimbar blue tongue skink from them (old pic) and reached out regarding something and they were very quick to give a solution. Really awesome selection of birds, lizards, and other mammals, however don’t let their current inventory hinder your experience. Ask the man that works there if he can get his hands on something for you, and he’ll try his best! I’ve been looking for a European legless lizard awhile now and he’s got my name jotted down to find me one. They sell live pinkies/mice and it’s great for my reptiles!! You’re the reason my reptile babies thrive!
